2.計畫須由臺俄雙方組成計畫團隊分別向科技部及FEBRAS 提出申請。

3.科技部函及申請須知如附件。

4.欲申請同仁請備妥相關文件，經督導副所長審核同意後，於申請期限內至科技部「學術研發服務網」( https://www.most.gov.tw/ch/academic )提出申請，申請名冊請申請單位於4月26日前移綜計組函送科技部。
